Who sends these messages

TrucksideHQ answers phone calls and sends text messages on behalf of home service businesses, such as heating and cooling, plumbing, roofing and electrical companies. Each message names the business it's sent for.

Messages you may receive

• Missed-call text-back: a reply after you call a business we answer for and the call ends before you're helped, so you can book or ask a question by text.
• Appointment messages: confirmations, reminders and arrival updates for a job you booked.
• Follow-up messages: a follow-up on a quote you asked for, or a request to review a completed job, sent only by businesses you've done business with.
• Business alerts: call summaries and urgent-call alerts sent to the business owners and staff who use TrucksideHQ.

How you agree to receive them

You agree to receive these messages when you call or text a business that uses TrucksideHQ and give your mobile number, or when you ask that business for an appointment, quote or update by text. Business users agree when they sign up and give us the numbers to alert. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business through TrucksideHQ. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and no more after that. To start again, reply START.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email [email protected].

Costs and frequency

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your calls and appointments; most people receive one to five messages per job. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
